Returns and Exchanges
-We do not accept returns due to guidelines regarding COVID-19. Exchanges can be made within 5 days of the product delivery date.
-Items must not be worn, washed or damaged, and must have applicable tags attached to be eligible for an exchange.
-Items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchanges.
-Domestic exchanges are free for orders over $100.
-Requests for labels will be processed within 3 business days. Once the product is received, we will issue an exchange of your selected product within 3 business days.
-All exchanges must follow proper guidelines below to be eligible - we cannot accept unauthorized exchanges.
Requesting an Exchange
-Please email firstname.lastname@example.org using the following format:
Subject: Exchange [Insert Order Number]
Body: Reason for the exchange: [weight, size, color, change of mind, etc..]
Special Requests: [Exchange request]
**For Returns and Exchanges under $100, shipping fees paid for by the customer. Please request an exchange authorization beforehand at email@example.com and we will provide you with the location to address the package.
**For Canada, shipping fees are paid for by the customer.
